Services

Zervax provides digital engineering and technology services including but not limited to web development, SaaS development, custom software solutions, UI/UX design, AI & automation systems, e-commerce development, and technical consulting.

All services are subject to project agreements, timelines, and scope approvals.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all website content, branding, graphics, text, code, designs, logos, and visual assets are the intellectual property of Zervax.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Communicate project requirements clearly
• Review deliverables in a timely manner
• Provide required approvals and materials

Project delays caused by lack of communication or incomplete information may affect timelines.

Payments & Invoicing

Project pricing, payment schedules, and deliverables are defined in individual agreements or invoices.

Failure to complete payments may result in paused work, delayed delivery, or suspension of services.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Project Timelines

Estimated timelines are based on approved scope, timely communication, and content or material availability.

Zervax is not responsible for delays caused by third-party platforms, client-side changes, or unforeseen technical limitations.

Revisions & Scope Changes

Reasonable revisions may be included depending on project agreements.

Additional features, changes, or requests outside the agreed scope may require timeline adjustments or additional pricing.

Third-Party Tools & Services

Projects may involve third-party tools, APIs, plugins, hosting providers, or software platforms.

Zervax is not responsible for third-party outages, pricing changes, policy changes, or platform limitations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zervax shall not be liable for indirect damages, business interruption, loss of profits, data loss, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website.

Confidentiality

Zervax respects client confidentiality and does not disclose confidential project information unless authorized by the client or required by law.

Website Use

Users agree not to:

• Misuse the website
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Distribute malicious code
• Disrupt website functionality

Termination

Zervax reserves the right to terminate or suspend services in cases involving policy violations, abusive behavior, non-payment, or unlawful activities.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
